Home is not quite home without your best friend by your side. Clear Creek Landing welcomes cats and dogs with open arms, plus a few friendly guidelines to keep our community comfortable for every resident (two legged and four).

- •Up to 2 pets allowed per apartment
- •75 lb weight limit, per pet
- •All fees below are charged per pet

- •One time fee: $300 per pet
- •Monthly pet rent: $20 per pet
