Feel right at home at Clear Creek Landing Apartments

As a current resident my overall experience here is everything Jennifer is AWESOME.! She’s very helpful and understanding and takes pride in her job and what she does. She’s has great patience as well as great communication with whatever issues arise. Not to mention her personality is very outgoing. I love the changes this apartment complex have made for the better over the years from management , staff, maintenance. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Office is great at Communication and I would recommend living here

I have lived here for over a year and enjoy it. It's in a great location, it's a peaceful community, the office and maintenance are helpful and great! I recently had a leak in my HVAC system. Maintenance arrived earlier than I expected. He wasted no time getting to work and repairing the problem. He was very professional and polite. I am very pleased and grateful for a job well done.

Had the pleasure in talking to the manager Michelle and her Assistant manager Jennifer. Both welcomed me with open arms, advised them that I was just checking to see if I would get approved so wasn't sure what I could afford although I wasn't in a hurry to move. I applied an holy crap Batman I got approved. Each time I talked to either one, it was a great conversation and ended the fall in laughter. Thank you again Michelle and Jennifer for your assistance in my process

It never fails. If I put a maintenance order in in the evening, they are knocking on my door in the morning. I fully trust maintenance to come in whether I'm home or not. My dishwasher issue was resolved perfectly before I could even dirty another dish. Thanks guys!?????
