I love the changes this apartment complex have made for the better over the years from management , staff, maintenance. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Office is great at Communication and I would recommend living here

I have lived here for over a year and enjoy it. It's in a great location, it's a peaceful community, the office and maintenance are helpful and great! I recently had a leak in my HVAC system. Maintenance arrived earlier than I expected. He wasted no time getting to work and repairing the problem. He was very professional and polite. I am very pleased and grateful for a job well done.

Had the pleasure in talking to the manager Michelle and her Assistant manager Jennifer. Both welcomed me with open arms, advised them that I was just checking to see if I would get approved so wasn't sure what I could afford although I wasn't in a hurry to move. I applied an holy crap Batman I got approved. Each time I talked to either one, it was a great conversation and ended the fall in laughter. It never fails. If I put a maintenance order in in the evening, they are knocking on my door in the morning. I fully trust maintenance to come in whether I'm home or not. My dishwasher issue was resolved perfectly before I could even dirty another dish. Thanks guys!?????
